Man Spends 27 Years In Prison, Comes Out With PhD
A man identified as Clinton Kanu, who was arrested and jailed when he was 30 has been released 27 years later. The man who was unjustly accused and sent to jail for murder has come out vindicated of the crime. The beauty of his story remains that during his 27 years stay in prison he continued his education and got a PhD in the process.
Clinton on getting released has started a campaign seeking the reform of Nigeria’s justice system and the prisons.
