Man Steals And Sells Grandmother’s Underwear For N2000 In Ekiti

A man who stole and sold a grandmother’s underwear for N2,000, has been arrested by the officers attached to the Ekiti Police Command. The suspect identified as  21-year-old Efoghae Friday who stole the underwear belonging to Modupe Adekoya, who lives in a three-bedroom flat on 15, Olorunsogo Street, Basiri, Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti state capital, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon after a relative of theft victim made a complaint. The man who stole and sold a grandmother’s underwear for N2000 in Ekiti, was arrested alongside three others who have been transferred to the New Iyin police station on Bank Road, Ado Ekiti.   Recounting her ordeal, Madam Adekoya, said: ”I know Friday very well as he usually come to assist me in doing some domestic chores at home. To appreciate him, I use to give him meals but I never thought he could do this.”
