NDLEA Seizes Illicit Drugs Concealed In Vehicles Parts

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency have seized Illicit drugs concealed in various parts of vehicles, including dashboards, tyre rims, tubes, engine compartments, and body compartments.

This was made known in a statement shared by the Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, on Sunday.

Sharing the video, he wrote, “Narco-trend update: Dashboard, tyre rims, tubes, engine and body compartments of vehicles, both private and commercial, now serve as places of concealment of illicit drugs. Hence the reason @ndlea_nigeria officers and men conduct stop and search on our highways.

“The seizure of opioids concealed in the body compartments of the cars in the attached videos explains why we’ve to disrupt all distribution channels of the cartels.”
