No Diaspora IDP Voting In 2019 General Elections – INEC

There has been an uproar due to a report that INEC will allow IDPs in Niger and Chad to vote in the 2019 general elections. INEC has made it clear that the report is false. There will be no diaspora voting in the 2019 general elections.
