NOUN to conduct virtual matriculation for new students
ABUJA–THE National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN, has said its newly admitted students will undergo an online matriculation ceremony on Saturday, June 13, 2020.
It would be the first time in history the institution to subject its admitted students through the process.
