OFFICIAL: Ahmed Musa Quits Saudi Club Al Nassr

Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa has officially quit Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.

Musa’s departure from Al Nassr was confirmed late Sunday night and the 28-year old has been wished the best by his erstwhile employers.

Musa joined Al Nassr in 2018 from Premier League club Leicester City on a four-year deal but halfway through, the relationship has been severed.

Musa had 58 appearances Al Nassr where he scored 11 goals and got 14 assists.

In his two-year stint in Saudi Arabia, Musa helped Al Nassr win the 2018-19 Saudi top-flight title and the 2019 Saudi Super Cup.

Ahmed Musa who in the times past has played for JUTH,  Kano Pillars, Dutch side VVV Venlo and former Russian champions CSKA Moscow is expected to announce his next destination in the coming days.
