Nigerian midfielder John Ogu believes that the Super Eagles will be better in Freetown after playing 4-4 against Sierra Leone in Benin.
The midfielder is currently without a club and watched like millions of Nigerians as the three – time African Champions threw away a 4-1 first half lead to draw 4-4 in the Match-Day 3 of the 2921 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
After the encounter Ogu tweeted: “I enjoyed the first half of the game. We played with great intensity and discipline.
” I trust the game in Freetown will be much better . We Meuveee!!!!”
Nigeria won their first two matches against Benin and Lesotho and will now travel to Freetown for the Match-Day 4 game against Sierra Leone on Monday.
