Engr Mustapha Gubio, the Borno Commissioner for Reconstruction Rehabilitation and Resettlement (MRRR) has lost three family members in a ghastly auto crash.

Two other persons including a woman and the driver also perished in the autocrash.
Their funeral will be held at 10: am on Tuesday, September 14, at the residence of the Commissioner, along Damboa Road opposite Mafoni Liberty Primary and secondary school, Maiduguri.
