The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Wednesday said it has not been served any court document regarding the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as the party’s National chairman.
A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Jabi, Abuja restrained Oshiomhole from acting as the National Chairman of the APC.
Justice Danlami Senchi, in a ruling on an application for an interlocutory injunction, held that Oshiomhole should cease to occupy the position pending the determination of the substantive suit.
However speaking in a chat with Daily Independent, Babatunde Ogala, the APC’s National Legal Adviser said he has not been served any court processes on the issue. ” I have not been served any court processes so I can’t speak on the matter now” he said.
