Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala was in blistering form on Thursday night as she scored twice during Barcelona’s 6-0 victory over Sevilla to earn a spot in the Spanish Copa de la Reina final.
Oshoala who played as a substitute in a 4-0 win against bitter rivals Real Madrid last term the Nigerian was named in the starting XI of Barcelona against Toni Payne’s Sevilla.
Oshoala opened scoring after four minutes. Caroline Graham Hansen doubled the lead before Patri Guijarro got on the scoresheet with the third. Oshoala completed her brace just before half-time to give her side a 4-0 lead.
Melanie Serrano and Aitana Bonmati completed the 6-0 rout to send Barcelona into the final.
Oshoala has now scored 28 times in the 2019-20 season, including 20 goals in 19 league appearances.
