A middle-aged woman who hacked her 10-year-old son over money in Kitui County, Kenya has been arrested.
According to witnesses, the woman attacked her son on Saturday with a panga for reportedly losing the said Ksh.100.
The boy had allegedly been sent to offset some errands, but returned home later without the required Ksh 100.

The body of the deceased has been removed to the Kitui County Referral Hospital Mortuary.
