A suspected kidnapper at Bosso local government area of Niger State has been neutralised by Police in the state.
Four other fleeing accomplices were also arrested.
Mr Monday Kuryas, Commissioner of Police in the state said the suspects kidnapped two persons on Thursday.
Kuryas explained that the Police anti-kidnapping team and vigilante have now been deployed to rescue the victims.
He enjoined members of the public to cooperate with the Police with a view of sanitizing the society to curb insecurity in the state.
Bosso Local Government Area of Niger State hosts the Federal University of Technology.
