IgbereTV reports, the Nigeria Police force has claimed responsibility for the bomb blast that occurred in Akure, the Ondo State capital on Saturday morning.
In a video captured by IgbereTV, the police said that the explosion happened when a vehicle loaded with a consignment of explosives and was escorted by the Explosive Ordnance Department of the police (a department that is incharge of handling explosives) developed fault and caught fire.
