Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, And Her Bump Attend Charity Carol Concert In Honour Of Harry’s Late Friend

Meghan Markle’s bump was very visible as she attended a charity carol concert in honour of Prince Harry’s late friend who was killed in a car crash at the age of 18.

The concert, which held at St Luke’s Church just off the King’s Road in Chelsea, south-west London, was organized by the Henry van Straubenzee Memorial Fund. This was set up shortly after the 18-year-old died in a car crash in 2002.

Also present at the memorial was Kate Middleton’s brother, James Middleton. Her sister, Pippa Middleton and Pippa’s husband James Matthews were also present. Kate Middleton’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, were also present.

Henry van Straubenzee was a classmate of Prince Harry’s, while his older brother Thomas was a friend of Prince William, who both Harry and William are said to remain close with to this day. Henry Van Straubenzee was killed instantly when the car in which he was a passenger, hit a tree outside Ludgrove prep school in 2002.

During the service held on Tuesday evening in Henry’s honor, Meghan gave a speech to the audience in the Chelsea church.

A guest at the service told MailOnline: “It was one of the best.” Another woman said: “Meghan spoke very clearly, it was a fantastic service. They were both great.”

Prince William wrote a forward letter to say that he and his brother Prince Harry “are proud to have been patrons of the Henry van Straubenzee Memorial Fund since it was established in 2007.”
