Reps Reject Move to Make Bauchi State An Oil-Producing State

A motion sponsored by Yakubu Abdullahi to make Bauchi state an oil producing state has been rejected.

A desperate move to make Bauchi state an oil producing state has been rejected by the House of Representatives. 

The motion was sponsored by Yakubu Abdullahi. But when put to vote, a greater number of lawmakers voted against the motion.
