Some residents of Cross River state have been spotted trooping out to scoop fuel from a faulty tanker at Lemna Junction, Calabar, Cross River State.
This comes after numerious warnings and incidents of tankers exploding while people scooped fuel from it
The residents who defied warnings came out with buckets and jerrycans to scoop fuel while some others watched the drama unfold.
