The Rivers State Ministry of Works wishes to appreciate citizen’s patriotic act of reporting the spilling of mixed concrete along Dr. Peter Odili road through Ordinance road, Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt.
Consequently, the ministry has seized the truck while further action is taken.
