Following the invasion of Russia in Ukraine, the federal government of Nigeria has announced plans to receive citizens fleeing the East European country to Romania.
This was made known on Twitter by Bashir Ahmad, a personal assistant to president Buhari.
The government announced that an arrangement has been put in place to receive them at the Romanian entry points.
