SDP Suspends Jerry Gana, Donald Duke For Anti-Party Activities
The Social Democratic Party (SDP), has suspended its two presidential
candidates, Professor Jerry Gana and Mr. Donald Duke, from the party
for alleged anti party activities.
The party’s Director of Media and Publicity, Yemi Akinbode, announced
this during a press briefing at the party’s secretariat in Abuja on
Tuesday February 12th.
This decision comes days after a faction of the party adopted
President Buhari as its consensus candidate for the Saturday February
16th presidential election.
Both Duke and Gana are yet to react to their suspension.
