Bravo as Gov. Ugwuanyi lights up reconstructed Miliken Hill road, Ngwo, Enugu!
History will forever remember the ebullient, caring and action Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, for the sound vision, brave initiatives, courage and innovation he brought to bear in the reconstruction and modernization of the historic and all-important Miliken Hill road, Ngwo, Enugu, built over a century ago during the colonial era.
Visits to the hilly and undulating road show that the reconstruction work has been completed to standard and the first phase of the street lighting newly introduced and installed by Gov. Ugwuanyi’s administration has started functioning, preparatory to the reopening of the road to traffic.
It is on record that this is the first reconstruction work on the road since after its construction in 1909 by the colonial masters.
