Sokoto Senator Dumps PDP For APC (Photo)
A senator representing Sokoto South senatorial district has dumped his party the Peoples Democratic Party and joined the All Progressives Congress.
Senator Ibrahim Danbaba defected today.
His defection letter was read by Senate President Ahmad Lawan, during Wednesday April 27, plenary.
Danbaba said he left the PDP because of lingering crisis in Sokoto State chapter of the party.
He added that the APC’s ideology is in line with his personal political belief.
