The Afrobeats sensation Davido is in hot water after his Babymama, Sophia Momodu, accused him of internet abuse and cyberbullying.
Recently, Davido’s legal representation received a harsh cease-and-desist letter from Momodu’s legal team, PUNUKA Attorneys and Solicitors.
In this letter, Davido and his colleagues were accused of orchestrating a series of internet attacks, defamatory remarks, and threats, all of which preceded Tiwa Savage’s police report against Davido.
The letter of cease-and-desist details alarming instances of purported internet harassment directed at Momodu and her close associates.
It charges Davido with coordinating concerted cyberbullying assaults, endorsing smear campaigns on social media, and making menacing remarks to Momodu’s associates.
In the letter, it is said that Momodu’s constitutional rights are violated and that basic standards of decency and respect are disregarded.
