Super Eagles To Face Brazil In International Friendly In Singapore

Super Eagles To Face Brazil In International Friendly In Singapore  The Super Eagles of Nigeria to take on the 5-time world cup winners, Brazil in an international friendly match on October 13, 2019.  The Super Eagles last week which faced Ukraine in a friendly that ended in a 2-2 draw are already preparing ahead for their international friendly with Brazil.  In a press release via the Brazilian Football Confederation, the venue for the international friendly has been fixed for Singapore. Gernot Rohr which is using these matches to prepare the Super Eagles ahead of the November’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers with Benin Republic and Lesotho.  The Selecao said that they have picked Nigeria, because they are ranked among the best two teams in Africa and also for their physical football too.  Three days earlier than that, Tite’s Brazilian squad will face 2019 Afcon runners-up Senegal at the National Stadium in Singapore. The last meeting with the Selecao at the National Stadium in Abuja ended in a defeat to the Super Eagles, losing to 3 goals to nil and they hope it will be better at the meeting in Singapore.
