The Squadron Commander 9 Police Mobile Force Kano, Atiku Mohammed Nagodi has reportedly passed away. The top officer was said to have died this morning, according to a Police Superintendent identified as Abdullahi Bala Rano, who shared the sad news on Facebook. The cause of the squadron commander’s death was not disclosed.
This is just happening when Nigerians are expressing deep concern over a high number of unexplained deaths in Kano, amid fears they could be caused by Covid-19.
