Transfer News And Rumours:- Everton Battle Spurs For Hojbjerg

Everton are in talks with Southampton over Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg as they try to convince the midfielder to join them instead of Tottenham.

According to Liverpool Echo, the Toffees know they face a battle to sway the 24-year-old from joining Spurs but are hoping the chance to play under Carlo Ancelotti will do the trick.

Hojbjerg is into the final year of his contract on the south coast and has refused to sign a new deal.
