Valverde To Line-Up Messi & Suarez Against Valencia
Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde is set to give Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez the nod against Valencia, both stars are yet to feature for the La Liga Champions this season.
Ousmane Dembele is also fit to play and the manager is aiming to have the trio play against Valencia when the La Liga resumes back this weekend. The likes of Antoine Griezmann, Rafinha and Carles Pérez took charge in the absence of Messi, Suarez and Dembele but the team is yet to get the right mix in the attack having suffered a defeat, a win and a draw in their last three games.
Valencia has the same form just like Barcelona a win, a draw and a defeat in their last three games and the Mestalla outfit has some reinforcement in the defense, with d addition of new left-back Jaume Costa has been particularly excellent, along with fellow full-backs José Gayá and Daniel Wass.Barcelona is expected to overpower the defense of their opponents, with Messi operating from the right, Suarez will return to the center-forward while Antoine Griezmann would operate from the left-wing.
The approach is expected to break down Valencia resistance as the trio of Messi, Suarez and Griezmann has a total of 686 goals and 286 assists in 940 La Liga appearances between themselves at the moment it is the best-attacking trident in La Liga.
