The American singer and songwriter, Lady Gaga, was featured on the cover of the latest edition of the Variety magazine. For the photo shoot, Lady Gaga wore a shirt from her recent movie A Star Is Born and thigh high boots. 

The interview was based on her recent feature with Bradley Cooper in A Star Is Born.

About the character, Ally, in A Star Is Born

Lady Gaga: I can’t shake Ally’s character off and I don’t want to. I feel Ally inside of me and I wonder how long she’ll stay or if she’ll be in there forever.”

The impact of the movie on her
Lady Gaga: “This has been a very transformative time for me. A Star Is Born, is a life-changing journey punctuated by bursts of excitement and doubt. As an artist, there’s always a feeling of am I good enough? Am I making something honest? Am I making something true?

There is a sort of stagnant sadness in me, wondering if I’m enough. Today I did not see that. I saw something different. I saw clarity. I saw a truth.”

According to Variety magazine, since early October, “A Star Is Born” has grossed more than N109,053,000,000($300 million) at the global box office. There have been endless Twitter arguments about Ally’s(Lady Gaga) musical evolution, Instagram love letters, memes about Gaga ’s adoration of Cooper and the soundtrack of “Shallow”.
