Willian’s transfer from Chelsea to Arsenal appears to have been confirmed in a leaked clip for the upcoming PES 2021.

The 31-year-old Brazilian winger has spent seven years with the Blues and has turned down the club’s offer of a two-year contract.

And Willian, who has reportedly received a three-year offer from Arsenal, looks to have one foot firmly out of the door based on a clip from PES 2021.

Arsenal have teamed up with publisher Konami for PES 2021 and dropped a clip promoting the forthcoming season update.

The clip featured the words “new signing” at the beginning before showing Willian’s name and the Brazil international wearing Arsenal colours.

And ‘welcome to the Emirates’ is brandished across the screen, with the PES 2021 watermark appearing in the bottom left corner of the clip.

The clip has since been pulled, but that hasn’t stopped eagle-eyed fans from capturing screenshots of Willian in the Arsenal red and white.

Kia Joorabchian, who represents Willian, has claimed that five clubs have already tabled offers for the Chelsea star’s services.

“We had big offers — one from MLS which required him to move on July 1 — but he’s always wanted to finish the season at Chelsea and the day after the season has finished he would decide,” he told talkSPORT.

“He has two concrete offers from Premier League clubs on the table, an offer from an MLS club, and two other offers from Europe.

“He is going to make his decision after the last game of the season.”

Konami announced last month that PES 2021 would be released as a ‘season update’ instead of a full title.

The Japanese publisher revealed that the decision was motivated by the hotly anticipated releases of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

And the next fully-fledged title in the franchise would be coming to the new consoles instead.

“This title is being developed with an updated engine that will enable us to dazzle you with staggering improvements to all areas of the game,” Konami said.

“Expect more realistic player models and animations, enhanced physics, photorealistic visuals, and much, much more.

“We recognise that many of you are enthusiastic for new myClub and Master League content, and we are also excited to share that large updates are in the works for both of these modes.

“Currently, we aim to begin testing of our next-gen title sometime in mid-2021, with an estimated release date later in the same year.”

The PES 2021 season update will launch on 15th September for £25 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
