The Boston Celtics on Tuesday 01 Sept. 2020 defeat the NBA defending champions Toronto Raptors in a game that ended 102 – 99, Jason Tatum led the Celtics scoring 34 PTS ( playoff career high) 8 REB, & 6 AST ( playoff career high) teammate Marcus smart, Kemba walker and Jaylen Brown also scored in double digits. Marcus smart had 19 PTS, Kemba Walker had 17 PTS, 4 AST & Jaylen Brown added 16 PTS, 8 REB to give the Celtics the win.
Boston leads the series 2 – 0 and will play the third game of the Eastern Conference Semifinals on 03 Sept. 2020.
