On tuesday 01 Sept. 2020 the Denver Nuggets defeats Utah Jazz 80 – 78, in a game that saw Jamal Murray of the Denver Nuggets & Donovan Mitchell going head to head against each other. The Nuggets came fro a 3-1 deficit to defeat the Jazz in the series, Donovan Mitchell led the Jazz scoring 22 PTS & 9 REB but wasn’t enough to give Jazz the win as Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets scoring 30 PTS, 14 REB & 4 AST, while Jamal Murray was there to support with 17 PTS for the Nuggets.
With this win the Denver Nuggets advance to the Western Conference Semifinals to square up against Los Angeles Clippers on thursday 03 Sept. 2020.
