Parts of the apex bank’s headquarters are being returned to Lagos by Mr. Yemi Cardoso, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The source claimed that the CBN Governor used the substantial workforce in the Abuja head office as support.
According to an internal memo that was leaked, the Bank Supervision Department was the primary target of the new regulation.
They claimed that CBN has a large number of facilities in Abuja.
Staff are shocked by the move, as we have learned. It has been called an example of a covert agenda because it is inexplicable to send some employees back to Lagos.
