Rivers United forward, Ishaq Rafiu, is on the verge of sealing a permanent transfer to Slovenian club, Olimpija Ljubljana.
Rafiu is currently third on the scoring chart in the Nigeria Professional Football League this season.
The 21-year-old has scored 14 goals and provided three assists for the newly crowned NPFL champions.
According to Snportal, the six-time Slovenian champions are close to completing a deal for the former Remo Stars striker.
Rafiu was part of Nigeria’s squad for the recent international friendlies against Mexico and Ecuador.
He featured as a substitute in the 2-1 defeat against Mexico, his debut appearance for the Super Eagles.
